Clyde has been teaching the word of God for over thirty years. His life has been dedicated to the recovery and sharing of Biblical truths.
He pastored for 15 years (Hampton, VA), was a Christian school administrator, Bible bookstore owner (Amherst, VA), and active Bible conference speaker.
Other than family, literature has been the drive of his life. For the past twenty-five years this has found its expression in the distribution of serious, hard-to-find Bible study books, through a family-based ministry known today as StudyShelf.com™.
His passion has always been writing and publishing. He has been the editor of The Biblical Standard (1976-1980), The Old Paths (1981-1985), Forgotten Truths (1986-1989), Grace Testimony (1986-1995), and the weekly Bible Student’s Notebook™ (1989-present).
Mr. Pilkington now resides in Windber, PA. Enjoying the greatest roles of his life as husband, son, father, and grandfather.
